The 82nd annual Dodge Construction Outlook Conference will occur on November 3 from 11:00–3:30 (EDT). Although the conference will be virtual this year, due to COVID-19, it remains a cornerstone event for construction industry leaders and the media. Its forecasts offer critical insights into the U.S. economy and the construction market.
The conference will feature two keynotes: The 2021 construction industry findings will be presented by Dodge Data & Analytics’ chief economist Richard Branch and will outline the risks and opportunities facing the industry in the year ahead. Moody’s Analytics deputy chief economist Chris deRitis will present a forecast for the economy in general.
A series of conference sessions will target individual audiences: general contractors, architects and engineers, building product manufacturers, subcontractors, and technology leaders.
The technology session, titled “Driving Actionable Commercial Construction Insights Through Data,” will explore ways to master data from a variety of sources, including customer-specific content, data de-duplication, and creating relationships amongst data elements, while offering examples of the insights these methods provide to customers. The session will be hosted by Steve Masters, senior vice president of product management at Dodge Data & Analytics.
